Founded in 2025, NordZhen was formerly the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Division of Jiangsu Kongsberg. It is an independent legal‑entity enterprise established under the holding initiative of Nordic Marine Engineering. The original core production team and production equipment from Kongsberg have been fully retained. Production facilities are continuously expanded to comprehensively boost manufacturing capabilities. The enterprise specializes in R&D and integrated manufacturing of structural components for sheet‑metal cabinets. It focuses on two core sectors: marine and new energy, and has established in‑depth, long‑term cooperation with industry‑leading enterprises including Kongsberg.
